Still on the health kick

So far, so good.  I have lost another 5 lbs.  Now I weigh 185.  My goal is to hit 175 by July 9 (my birthday).  At the rate I am going, I think I'll make it no problem.

David Kantrud at work turned me on to this site, where I can record what I eat and my activities.  It shows how many calories I have consumed and burned.

Every Tuesday and Thursday I am hiking Squaw Peak (make that Piestawaa Peak, or however you spell it, now that Squaw has all-of-a-sudden turned into a swear word).  Its a very good cardio workout.  I have been going with George and Kip from work, who are regular mountain goats.  I wish I were in half the shape they are in.

Yes, I do miss Dr. Pepper.  But I like how my clothes fit.  Also, I will be very interested to see how my blood tests turn out in a few months -- I would like to see my cholesterol and triglycerides back in the normal range.
